Project Management Fundamentals

Project Management Fundamentals Training encompasses the presentation of approaches, standards, and methodologies for project management. The training is designed to systematically present project management context, the role of projects in the organizational development, project management process, from initiation, project design, through planning, execution, monitoring and control, project closure, to project evaluation.
